Applications
The honing machine is a specialized equipment used for precision processing of various cylindrical deep hole parts such as hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders
Key Configurations
1,The spindle box is cast and processed from HT200 cast iron, featuring high strength, no deformation and stable processing. The tensioning force for honing is provided by the clamping electric cylinder fixed at the rear of the spindle box. The tensioning force of the honing head is transmitted to the core shaft of the honing rod through the push rod inside the main shaft of the spindle box by the electric cylinder.
2,When processing workpieces, the coolant is sprayed into the workpiece by the cooling pump motor through the universal nozzle, thereby ensuring the cooling and cleaning of the honing head and thus guaranteeing the processing quality of the workpiece
