Applications

Spindle System: Driven by a motor to achieve rotation and vertical reciprocating motion. Some models use a pulley and reducer linkage. Honing Head: Equipped with multiple oil stones (abrasive strips) that expand radially through mechanical or hydraulic control, making contact with the hole wall for cutting.

Fixture System: Fixes the workpiece and ensures processing stability. Some equipment supports compound motion, with either the workpiece or honing head rotating. Auxiliary System

Lubrication and Cooling: High-pressure lubricating oil circulates to cool the spindle bearings, while cutting fluid (such as kerosene or emulsion) flushes away chips and reduces temperature.

Control System: CNC models monitor the processing status in real-time through sensors and automatically adjust pressure, stroke, and motion parameters.

High-precision processing: The surface roughness is Ra0.2- 0.4μm, the roundness is ≤0.02mm, the processing accuracy is high, and the surface quality is good.
