CNC Skiving roller burnishing machine

CNC scraping and rolling composite machine, suitable for hydraulic cylinder workpiece inner hole diameter. The finished product size ranges from 40mm to 320mm, with a processing depth of 300mm to 4000mm. Adopting a single rotation machining method with boring bar spindle rotation and workpiece fixation. Processing 45, 25Mn, 27SiMn, 20 # cold drawn tube materials, stainless steel materials, with a hardness range of HB150-300. Hydraulic driven cutting tools are used, and when the tools enter, scraping and rolling are completed in one operation.
