Equipped with Siemens 808D CNC, dual 5.5kW servo motors (5000 rpm), and high-pressure cooling (100L/min, 20μm filtration) with carbide guide bushings, it guarantees ≤0.5mm deviation per 500mm length straightness and Ra 0.8-3.2μm surface roughness. Integrated automatic chip conveyor and vibration-dampening supports enable stable processing of stainless steel/aluminum alloys. Delivered as a turnkey solution with lifetime technical support.
